Originally established as Encore India, we transformed into eDesk to better reflect our global reach and services. Our journey began in Visakhapatnam, India, where we pioneered the BPO industry. Our founder, Raghu Pokala, a native of Visakhapatnam, moved to the United States over 25 years ago and founded eDesk.
