The first step is to find a job that best suits you on our website - which can be accessed Here. You can upload your resume for the position that best interests you.
Within 2 business days of submitting your resume, you will receive an email with a link to take our assessment test. This assessment test results will be used to evaluate the initial fit into our organization.
If you do well in your assessment test, we will call you for a phone based interview.
If you get selected in the phone round and we find that you may be a good fit for our organization, we will invite you for an interview in our office.
Assuming you do well on the interview you will be HIRED. At this point, we would welcome you into the eDesk BPO family!
