As an Insurance Process Associate you will work in sync with our team and clients in the US to process and deliver various service requests in time with the highest level of consistency and accuracy.  Constantly keep yourself up to date with the knowledge base of the processes/ workflows of the agency operations and agency management systems to ensure that you promptly deliver the highest level of service and quality.

1-5 Years in any BPO


  • Computer & Internet Use
  • MS Office Usage
  • Good Typing Skills
  • Comprehension Skills
  • Good Communication In English


  • Maintain complete and proper documentation of every service request
  • Work on Cert Issues
  • Policy Checking
  • Quotes
  • Renewals and DBR
  • Update the agency management system diligently
